Steel City Supply will accept for return or exchange, apparel items that are in new, unworn and unaltered condition and are free from damages by the customer.

Apparel items for return must be shipped within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the original delivery date.

Please email us at info@steelcitysupply.ca prior to returning items to get a return authorization number. Product must be returned in original packaging with the return authorization number marked clearly on the outside of the shipping package.
